Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

⚡Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as expected, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Send us a quick email at info@thetrinketclub.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if you can. We’ll do our best to make it right with a refund or replacement.

⚡Change of Mind
Because we’re a small business, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. Thanks for understanding!

If a return is accepted on a certain occasion. You are responsible for the return shipping and all shipping charges are non-refunded. We recommend signing all returns signed for.

Please note there will be a £2.50 restocking fee when returning an order. 

⚡Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.

⚡Return Shipping
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs so you won’t be out of pocket.
