All personalised items are made to order, especially for you! Please read our guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Personalisation & Spelling

All personalisation is created exactly as entered at checkout, including spelling, names and wording, subject to the font restrictions below. It is the customer's responsibility to check all details before ordering.

Beaded Jewellery

All letter beads are CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY, regardless of how personalisation is entered. Available in Gold, Silver or Black & White, depending on the style selected.

Vinyl Bandana Products

All vinyl personalisation is created in our signature uppercase font only. Lowercase letters are not available, regardless of how personalisation is entered.

Embroidered Products & Fonts

Embroidery follows your selected font. Uppercase and lowercase lettering will be embroidered as entered, where supported by the font. Some fonts have specific lettering styles, so the finished appearance may vary.

Please refer to our Font Guide before ordering to view all available fonts and how each individual letter appears.

It is the customer's responsibility to check their chosen font and lettering style. We cannot offer amendments, returns or refunds based on personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the appearance of individual letters or fonts, provided the item has been made correctly and as described.

Important Personalisation Information

• Personalisation cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun.
• Longer names or wording may be resized to fit the product.
• Lettering size, spacing and placement may vary depending on the product, fabric, font and personalisation.
• Script fonts have a natural slant, meaning embroidery may appear slightly off-centre or not perfectly in the middle, even when correctly aligned. This is a characteristic of the font and not considered a fault.
• Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and materials.
• We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided at checkout.
• Slight variations are normal with handmade products and do not automatically constitute a fault.
• Returns & Refunds

As our personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

Please ensure you are happy with your chosen colours, fonts, spelling and personalisation before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
