• Personalisation is embroidered exactly as entered, including spelling and capital letters.
• Longer names or multiple words may result in smaller lettering and reduced clarity.
• Script fonts have a natural slant, so embroidery may appear slightly off-centre or more delicate and less vibrant than other fonts.

Embroidery Placement & Colours

• Name placement may vary depending on the fabric, product and embroidery style, meaning it may not always appear perfectly centred.
• Thread colours are matched as closely as possible to your chosen fabric but may not be an exact match.
• Motifs are embroidered in a coordinating colour unless a specific colour is requested in the personalisation box.
