How to care for my jewellery?

To care for your jewellery please avoid contact with liquids especially oils and lotions as this will over time tarnish the jewellery. If it is 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless these are waterproof materials an are fine to be worn in water.

When will my order be sent?

Any orders which include personalised items will be shipped within 2 days of your order being placed. Any non-personalised orders will be sent same day if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please contact us at thetirnketclubemail@gmail.com or via Instagram if your order has not yet been shipped or made if a personalised order we can refund you straight away if it has been shipped we will try our best to work out the best solution.
